alamak ! our shrinking wallets

We thoz to save some few dollars so that we can visit the cafes and the kopitiams , you know where all the cool gals hangout with their netbooks and samsungs.

alas, there is no escape

Our fav std black wanton mee with 2 wantons in PJ State is now a cool RM4.30

what to do ...looks like we r gonna miss some more dinners from now

Considering that petrol prices are back to what they were before, you'd have to question why the food outlets are still charging such high prices...

But then again, I'm sure it's probably because their suppliers are still charging them the post petrol price increase prices...

I remember the times when they said McDonalds was so much more expensive than eating at a mamak or coffee shop...

But it's now expensive to eat at both. haha.

I am still getting my RM3.50 or 3.70 noodles fix in coffee shops in Sri Damansara. Some shops can still get RM1.00 for barley.

its interesting once you talk to the shopkeepers who will then blame the gomen , this and that and the dwindling ctowd. guess they have their own problems

j2kfm
